PAMELA E. HART joined Scott & Scott, P.C. in 2009, after having clerked for the firm in both 2007 and 2008. Pamela graduated magna cum laude from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois, in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009 graduating summa cum laude and participating in Law Review, the School of Law's Honors Program, the Equal Justice Alliance and the 2007 Chile/Argentina Human Rights Program.
While attending Valparaiso University School of Law, Pamela interned for the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Chief Judge of the Northern District of Indiana and the Honorable Jeffery J. Dywan of the Superior Court of Lake County, Indiana.
Pamela is a member of the American, Illinois State, Sangamon County, and the Central Illinois Women's Bar Associations. She concentrates her law practice in a number of areas; including, Estate Planning and Administration, Elder, Business and Employment, Real Estate and Family Law. She also represents clients in corporate, taxation, and traffic law matters and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
