JAMES R. ENLOW joined Scott & Scott, P.C. in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. Jim is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association where he serves as a member of the Commercial, Banking and Bankruptcy Law Section Council. Jim volunteers his time for various organizations, including having served as past President and current member of the Executive Committee for the Lincoln Land Down Syndrome Society. Jim concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Administration, Corporate and Commercial Law and Bankruptcy.
